The essertion as the chemical resistance of a powder coating after exposure to various chemicals over different time periods is done visually and expressed in three levels:

GOOD Powder coating does not exhibit any visual defects and appears unharmed
FAIR Powder coating shows changes, e.g. in color, gloss, swelling marks, etc.
BAD powder coating has delaminated during exposure, It proves not to be suited fro permanent exposure to this chimical.
